‘Ensure Aadhaar seeding to eligible beneficiaries by Aug 11’

New eligibility slips will be issued in Bhopal by the concerned Assistant Junior Supply Officer, Co-operatives Department and appointed nodal officers so that livelihood of the beneficiary families is not affected
Ration was not provided to as many as 61,593 beneficiary families due to corona pandemic. To provide them with the ration, the Co-operatives Department will issue new eligibility slips to them. Food and Supplies Officer has informed that under the One Nation-One Ration Card System, the Aadhaar seeding of all the eligible members should be finished by August 11, 2020. New eligibility slips will be issued in Bhopal by the concerned Assistant Junior Supply Officer, Co-operatives Department and appointed nodal officers so that livelihood of the beneficiary families is not affected. A list of those beneficiaries, who could not ration due to some reasons has been made public at the Gram Panchayat, Urban Body Offices and at the fair price shops.
The concerned beneficiaries can submit objections to their concerned Sub-Divisional Officer of their area or also to the Tehsildars. Their name will be added to the beneficiary list, on finding name of any one member of their family. The families who are ineligible and have not been receiving ration from past 6 months, will be removed from m-Ration Mitra Portal, if they do not submit their claims and objections. If name of a family member is present on the list, a new eligibility slip will be issued to them on providing proof of residence and Aadhaar of all members, and photocopy of ration card.
