CM reaches flood-hit Neelkanth village near Nasraullaganj

 Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan wadding through submerged pathway to go to flood-affected Neelkanth Village of Sehore district on Monday.

Apart from reaching flood affected village Balabhent of Hoshangabad by boat, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also reached Neelkanth Village of Nasraullaganj (Sehore district) which got marooned after incessant rainfall. CM, accompanied by army men, reached Neelkhanth Village by boat. He observed the flood relief works, interacted with flood affected persons and assured them of all necessary help. He assured of full compensation against the damage caused by the flood.
 
He further stated that survey of damaged crops, houses and goods will be started as soon as the water recedes. Along with providing full help under provisions of RBC 6/4, full benefit of crop insurance will also be provided to the farmers. He instructed Collectors to assess the damage with scientific method to enable victims to get full benefit.
 
Action should be taken on the basis of Panchnama. Getting full co-operation from Army: CM Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said in wake of flood situation, he talked to Prime Minister as well as Defence Minister and as a result State received immediate help from Indian Air Force and Army. Jawans and helicopters of Army saved life of every individual by working day and night.
