‘Be more careful while doing on-line transactions’

ALL India Gharak Kalyan Parishad National Committee organised an awareness programme on voluntary consumer association and professional consumer association. Ashwin Mehadia, National President and Pratap Motwani, National Working President, were the guests on occasion. Advocate Bhanudas Kulkarni, Madhuri Kedar, Dudh Singh, N Rahamutulla, N Siddharth and Devendra Tiwari were also present.
Dr Anant Sharma, President of Rajasthan Parishad from Jaipur was the keynote speaker of the Veda conference meeting. Ashwin Mehadia in his address thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Consumer Affair Minister Ramvilas Paswan. Pratap Motwani urged that people should be more careful while doing on-line transaction. “A good deal many a times become a big loss. Consumers find themselves cheated,” Motwani said. Devendra Tiwari urged the members to spread awareness about the new Consumer Protection Law. Vijay Kewalramani made the opening remarks in the programme.
The programme was conducted by Madhuri Kedar while Ranjita Navghare proposed the vote of thanks. The meeting was attended by Ramesh Lalwani, Sunita Pande, Advocate Gaurav Singh Sengar, Ashok Rachalwar, Jagdish Narad, Jyoti Janbandhu, Vanmala Avathale, Mohammad Naimuddin, Ashok Jichkar, Ashok Salwe and others.
