CM appeals traders to curtail shop timings

We all have the responsibility to stop the spread of the virus. Also, all measures of social distancing must be adopted compulsorily 
 
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that efforts should be made in the districts to not let the number of active cases rise by taking measures as per local conditions. Discussions can be held with the traders community to limit the time of opening of shops in the markets and arrangements can be made to voluntarily close the market for half day or full day one or two days a week, so that infection does not spread. We all have the responsibility to stop the spread of the virus.
 
Also, all measures of social distancing must be adopted compulsorily. Chief Minister Chouhan said that better services can be provided to the patients of home isolation by the officers of the Indian Administrative Service in charge of the districts in co-ordination with Red Cross, private hospitals and other health centres. Indore should set an ideal example During a review of Indore, Chief Minister Chouhan said that if the traders decide to fix the time limit of opening shops, then Indore can set an ideal example. This would be exemplary in terms of preventing spread of infection and reducing risk.
 
Collector, Indore informed that at present there is no oxygen related problem in Indore. Adequate beds are also available for patients. For positive and suspected patients, 1,681 beds are being used against the capacity of 7,073 beds which is 24 per cent of the total capacity. As many as 281 ICU beds are being used which is 86 per cent of the total capacity which is 325. Traders are agreeing to reducing the time of opening of shops, which will help to prevent the spread of infection.
 
Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Additional Chief Secretary Mohammad Suleman, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Manish Rastogi, Minister for Medical Education Vishwas Sarang, and Commissioner Public Relations Dr Sudam Khade were present in the meeting.
