Former agriculture minister and Congress MLA Sachin Yadav said that BJP-led State Government has accepted in the Assembly that previous Kamal Nath government waived off loan of at least 26.95 lakh farmers. Now State Government should make it clear that when it will waive off loan of remaining farmers. Addressing the press conference at Congress headquarters, Sachin Yadav told that BJP has been speaking lie about farmer loan waiver scheme of previous Kamal Nath government.

He claimed agriculture minister Kamal Patel accepted in the recently concluded assembly session that previous Kamal Nath government waived off farmers loan in two installments. With this, BJP claim that no loan of farmer has been waived off stands exposed. He also told that ordinance against farmers will not be allowed to be implemented in Madhya Pradesh.

He also demanded that State Government led by BJP should waive off loan of remaining farmers in State. On this occasion, Congress Media Cell Vice President Bhupendra Gupta and MLA Kunal Chaudhary were also present.

CM, Scindia should apologise to people: Nath In his statement, Congress State President and former CM Kamal Nath said that it is from the first day of loan waiver that BJP and later Jyotiraditya Scindia (after deserting Congress) have been telling lie. However, it is Shivraj government itself which accepted in Assembly on Monday that previous Congress government waived off loan of 26.95 lakh farmers in State. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Jyotiraditya Scindia should apologise to people of State for spreading lie on loan waiver scheme. He also added that Government should start waiving off loan of remaining farmers.
