Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court and Patron-in-Chief, Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services (MPSLSA) Authority A K Mittal in the presence of Executive Chairman, MPSLSA, Justice Sanjay Yadav and companion Judges of the High Court e-inaugurated Mediation Centre at 3 outlying stations of Barwani District namely Anjad, Rajpur and Khetiya through video conferencing. Senior office-bearers of the MPSLSA informed that with the e-inauguration, there are now ADR Centres functional in 43 District Courts and Mediation Centres in 42 Teshil Courts of the State.
 
They said mediation is a party centric process which is a win-win situation. It has procedural flexibility, saves time and money and restores faith and trust between people. Till the date in Madhya Pradesh a large number of cases have been successfully resolved through mediation and with the opening of these centers in far flung areas, the State is now set to promote resolution of disputes through amicable means and reduce litigation.
