NSUI writes to PRSU seeking relief in fees for students

The National Students Union of India (NSUI) on Sunday sent a letter to the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar of Pt Ravi Shankar Shukla University highlighting problems in online examination. NSUI Raipur District President Amit Sharma said that a letter raising the issues of around 1,80,000 students was sent to the university.
 
The NSUI also forwarded some suggestions to the university administration. NSUI demanded in the letter that the examination fees which was taken from the students should be refunded as examination is being conducted online and students are purchasing answer books at their own expenses. The NSUI further demanded that many students who are living close to college, but they are very far from the post office and due to which students are facing problems.
 
In such cases, the university should makes such arrangements that students can reach to the post office to drop –box to send their answer copies. Many students who are infected by corona should be exempted from to submitting answer sheet so that the infection does not spread, in this direction, the NSUI suggests the university administration that students be provided with or allow any family members or guardian to submit the answer sheet.
