Tilwara police have solved the blind murder mystery of an auto-rickshaw driver and nabbed the three accused. The man was killed by his friends in drunken stupor with sharp edged weapon over a financial dispute. The arrested have been identified as Pawan patel (24), son of Vishnu Prasad Patel, resident of Bada Patthar, Tilwara, his younger brother Badal Patel (19) and Devidin Vanshkar (19), son of Mukesh Vanshkar, resident of Crusher Basti. Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Bahuguna (IPS) disclosed this while addressing a press conference, on Monday.
SP, Bahuguna informed that on September 26, the body of an unidentified man was found between Little World School and Radhaswamy Satsang Ashram. Investigating the case, police identified the body as Arvind Jharia (26), resident of Azad Nagar, Supatal in Garha. Investigating the case, police started search for a suspected man named Pawan Patel who was last seen with the deceased but he was not at home. Police had detained his younger brother Badal Patel. In a rigorous questioning, the accused broke out and confessed the killing of Arvind Jharia. He disclosed that Arvind Jharia asked Pawan Patel for borrowing money of Rs. 4,000.
Pawan assured to Arvind for providing the money from friend of his younger brother Devidin on the mortgage of his motorcycle. On September 23, Pawan Patel called to Arviind in Bada Patthar where they along with Pawan and Devidin consumed liquor. Devidin assured to Arvind for giving him money after three days and they leave for dinner in Tilwara. They were riding on the motorcycle when Arvind demanded money in the same day when he held argument with Pawan. Devidin stopped the motorcycle and caught Arvind and Pawan stabbed the neck, forehead and head of Arvind with a knife.
They dumped the body of Arvind in a dig and took away his wallet and mobile and escaped from the spot. On their identification, police have seized the motorcycle, knife, clothes of accused and wallet, mobile and motorcycle of deceased.
