Dr Amar Singh Dr Praneet Phatale said that coronavirus infection cases are increasing in Chhattisgarh. The people of the state must take special preventive measures to stop the spread of coronavirus infections in the State. There is no need to panic from coronavirus infection disease but keep our strength and face it consciously. Most of the corona patients are getting cured, they added.

Dr Praneet Phatale said that if people need to go out in a crowded place, they must maintain a distance of at least one metre, wear face cover and wash their hands with soap frequently. Dr Phatale said that when people cough, sneeze, the virus comes out and it falls down when it is heavy in nature. If people keep the distance it will not affect people.

High concentration of fluoride, bleaching powder or alcohol can be used to clean the floor of the house, he added. Dedicated covid hospitals have been set up in the State in which there is a separate facility for treatment of symptomatic and asymptomatic patients. At this time the common people also need to cooperate the State Government, said Dr Thakur. When people get corona infected, first isolate themselves and protect their family, he added.

Dr Thakur suggested that the common people must cooperate the health officials for containment of COVID-19 pandemic. People can provide separate accommodation to asymptomatic patients in their locality, colony or Gram Panchayat and they can get their treatment under the guidance of the doctors. He said that the common people must trust the authorised news and verify the fake news and after that it should go viral. Controller of Raj Bhavan Harvansh Miri, Medical Officer of Raj Bhavan Dr Rupal Purohit, Dr Suniti Mangulkar, Dr Shishir Sahu and officers and employees of Raj Bhavan were present.
