 The ongoing Satyagraha by Saint Samarth Bhiyajee Sarkar for conservation of river Narmada and cow.

Pressing the demand to implement orders of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on conservation and protection of biodiversity on the banks of river Narmada by restricting illegal mining of sand, encroachment constructions on the riparian zone of the river as well as notify the green belt area of the river as per the guidelines, Narmada devotee Saint Bhaiyaji Sarkar, founder of Narmada Mission is on fasting since 86 days.
 
On Sunday, a group of Narmada devotees from Lakhnadaun, Seoni and Ghansaur in support of the Satyagraha reached Gwarighat and demanded to the State and district administration to ensure implementation of orders issued by the MPHC in 2019 in case related to exploitation of the river.
 
The ongoing fasting Satyagraha is for the conservation and protection holy river Narmada and Cow. In form of vehicle rally devotees from Seoni, Kewlari and Lakhnadon entered city from Tripuri Chowk and via Madan Mahal, Choti Line, Rampur, reached Gwarighat where the rally received with warm welcome by various social organizations at Sidhaghat, Gwarighat. Eminent those who were present includes Neelesh Sthapak, Mukesh Agrawal, Bharat Singh Yadav, Neelesh Rawal, Shiv Yadav, Vishal Tiwari, Sudhir Haridas and others.
