Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate various development works worth more than Rs 268 crore in Durg district on January 12, including the inauguration of development works worth Rs 249.57 crore and Bhoomi Pujan of Rs 18.86 crore. Along with this the Chief Minister will inaugurate the Jamul Jal Awardhan Yojana constructed at a cost of Rs 23,46, 30, 000. Apart from this, the Chief Minister will perform Bhoomipujan in the college building to be built at a cost of Rs. 4.66 crore in Jamul.

 

The CM, Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate the building of Rural Road Network Management Unit (RRNMU), constructed at a cost of Rs. 5 crore 35 lakh under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the new building of the Municipal Corporation Office in Risali. With the construction of this building, now the people of Risali Corporation will get a lot of facilities. Apart from this, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate various works of more than 12.74 crores and development works of Rs. 1.59 crores under Amrut Mission in Risali sector. He will also inaugurate MLD capacity water treatment plant. Similarly, Baghel will inaugurate Manglik Bhawan constructed at a cost of Rs. 1 crore 7 lakh 36 thousand under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Sarvasamaj Manglik Bhavan Yojana at Pragati Nagar Maitri Kunj Ward-61. Chief Minister, Bhupesh Baghel will hand over development works worth more than Rs. 220 crore to Municipal Corporation Bhilai.

 

These include the inauguration of works worth more than Rs 208 crore and the bhumi pujan of construction works worth about Rs 12.61 crore. Bhupesh Baghel will also unveil the country’s largest gun metal statue of Sardar Bhagat Singh installed in the Shaheed Park of Bhilai, as well as the names of 1,270 martyred soldiers across the country have also been inscribed here since the formation of Chhattisgarh. Also on the occasion of National Youth Day the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, CM Baghel will also inaugurate the Gardens at Sector-1 and Sector-5 in Bhilai and unveil the statue of Swami Vivekananda.
