CM virtually fetes Shree Bai Bansal with ‘Samman Abhiyan’ for saving woman

Shree Bai Bansal, a resident of Sagar, had saved a woman of her area when a man was attempting to rape her.
 
Samman Abhiyan has been instituted to honour persons who have taken step to protect a female from any crime subjected against her
 
 
Sagar, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has initiated ‘Samman Abhiyan’ with an aim to give new identity to the dignity and safety of women. Through virtual medium Shree Bai Bansal of Sagar was honoured for displaying courage in odd circumstances and safeguarding dignity of a woman.
 
On the occasion, Divisional Commissioner Mukesh Shukla, IG Anil Sharma, Collector Deepak Singh, SP Atul Singh presented ‘Letter of Felicitation’ to Shree Bai Bansal. Shree Bai also narrated the incident in which she protected dignity of a woman and gave befitting reply to those trying to harm dignity of the woman. Chief Minister appreciated Shree Bai for displaying courage and thus saving dignity of the woman. He hailed her as ‘real hero’.
 
It may be mentioned that under ‘Samman Abhiyan’, Chand area, Sagar resident Shree Bai was honoured at Sagar. She saved a woman of her area when a man was attempting to rape her. Samman Abhiyan has been instituted to honour such person who has taken step to protect a female from any crime subjected to her or has done any positive work for the female victims.
