The items of Madhya Pradesh handicraft will be now also bee bought in Nagpur of Maharashtra and Allahabad of Uttar Pradesh. Handicraft Development Corporation is going to open Mrignayanee showroom in both the cities shortly. This decision was taken in a general meeting of Saint Ravidas Handicraft Development Corporation held in chairmanship of Minister for Cottage and Village Industries Gopal Bhargava. In meeting, Gopal Bhargava also gave instructions for wide publicity of Handicraft products.
 
Bhargava said that Mrignayanee showroom of Madhya Pradesh Handicraft Development Corporation is the better platform for artists in providing the market. He also said that planning of Mrignayanee showrooms in all big cities of country should be prepared.
 
He opined that there is need to train artists and to manufacture products according to demand of market. He added that Handicraft Development Corporation will also open its Mrignayanee outlet in all religious fairs. Likewise, handloom expo will be also organised in other districts of State. In the general meeting, Handicraft Development Corporation, Rajeev Sharma presented the account of income expenditure of 2019-2020. He said that after all kind of expenditure, Handicraft Development Corporation registered net profit of Rs 6 lakh.
