NYPO to hold Budget 2021 session from Jan 6 to 8

An important event is being organised by National Youth Parliament Organisation (NYPO) on January 6 and January 8, 2021 to discuss the Budget for India for FY 2021-2022. The event will be inaugurated by the Speaker of Parliament Om Birla on January 7 (Budget Session) while the senior leader of BJP Vinay Sahastra Budhi will also mark his presence. With this, on January 6 and January 7, other renowned personalities will also grace the event and students from across the nation will be the core of it.
 
On the occasion of Constitution Day i.e November 26, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke about the importance of establishing new practices in our society and how the youth can contribute towards the same and emphasis on popularising the Constitution among the youth. He advocated for holding mock parliaments in every school and college in the country and advised the officers to operate these student parliaments to guide the young generation with their knowledge and experience.
 
PM Modi believes that with such efforts public confidence on legislative systems can be elevated. To bring the vision of Prime Minister to fruition, Youth Parliament clubs will be constituted and every once or twice a year, national-level convention will be held. With its vision, National Youth Parliament is all set to transform into a mammoth organisation in the coming years. A special mention should be made regarding how Kartikeya Goel laid the foundation of the National Youth Parliament much before he turned 18, and at the age of 16, he started another initiative by the name of ‘First Time Voter.’

DGP, BSF, ‘Developing India’s Education’ by Anurag Tripathi, Secretary, CBSE, ‘Making India Atma Nirbhar’ by Ravi Pokharna, CEO, Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini and ‘Make in India’ by Mohan Krishnan, Former Director, IMRB. On January 6, release of Economic Survey at 3 pm and Halwa Ceremony at 4 pm. On January 7, welcome address will be made by Rishabh Shukla, volunteer, National Youth Parliament Organisation from 10 am to 10.05 am, Budget dialogues inaugural session from 10.05 am to 10.40 am.
