A delegation of State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh welcomed to the Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Justice Mohammed Rafique Khan who has arrived Jabalpur after taking over oath of office in Bhopal came to Jabalpur, on Sunday night by train. In the meeting members of the SBC MP welcomed the Chief Justice, informed Advocate RK Singh Saini, Member of the SBCMP and former President of the District Bar.

 

Saini added that the delegation apprized about problems and crises being faced by the Advocates in period hit by global pandemic COVID 19. Delegation also discussed issues related to personal appearance in hearing and also to stop online hearing. On this Chief Justice, Mohammed Rafique Khan assured to consider the demand raised by the members of the SBC MP to make efforts to resume working of Courts. The delegation comprised of SBC Member, Manish Dutt, Manish Tiwari, Shailendra Verma, Ramehwar Neekhra, RK Singh Saini, Ahadulla Usmani, Radheshayam Gupta, Prashat Dubey and others.
