ON A day of lop-sided wins, Mohammad Saifulla came up with the best show to move into second round of the Woodshot Open Snooker Tournament under way atWoodshot Pool‘N’ Snooker Club in Himalaya Harmony, Pratap Nagar Square on Tuesday. Saifulla recorded a day-high break of 48 to thump Abhishek Katey in straight sets 2-0 (75-22, 136-0).

 

Ankit Wankar scored first win of the day beating Sameer Chaturvedi 2-0 (71-15, 47-41). Ajay Jaiswal took the first frame against Saurabh Gore 82-38 and maintained his good work to take the second 54-35. In an another one-sided encounter Shubham Bokade raced to 72-19, 63-27 win over Akash Hedau in straight sets 2-0.
