IGP Chouhan conducts annual inspection of Police Line

Inspector General of Police (Jabalpur Zone), Bhagwat Singh Chouhan conducted annual inspection of Police Parade at Police Line, on Friday. He was accompanied by Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Bahuguna (IPS). Total 310 officers and employees attended the annual parade.
 
During the inspection, Reserve Inspector, Saurabh Tiwari led the police parade and officers and employees having good turnout were honoured by IG, BS Chouhan.
 
On the occasion, Constables, Daksh Haldkar, Santosh Kumar, Rishi Rohit, Dilip Kumar and Commanding Constable, Rajkumar demonstrated blindfold assembling of INSAS rifles who were honoured with cash rewards of Rs. 1,000 each. Thereafter, policemen actively participated in Balwa Drill and demonstrated scattering of agitated crowd through Vajra vehicle and shelling of tear gas shells while Quarter Guard, Commander, Subedar Yogesh Choukse led the parade of mobile vehicles of police stations.
 
Parade inspection was followed by Police Darbar where IG, BS Chouhan heard the grievances of policemen and applauded their working as corona warriors during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also appreciated the working of police as no major incident took place in the district in last one year. He encouraged the policemen for maintaining their performance and taking care of their health by taking necessary health precautions.
