Physical parade of student soldiers of 3 CG Battalion Air NCC Durga College was organised after a long break taken due to Covid-19 pandemic. At the end of the parade, the Air NCC cadet in the year 2006 and currently a pilot posted in the Indian Air Force provided tips on how they can be a part of the Army. While discussing the reasons for the low participation of the youth of Chhattisgarh, he said that lack of communication skills, lack of English speaking, understanding, and lack of exposure are weaknesses that prevent Chhattisgarh youths from participating in the Army. During the training of NCC, this shortcoming in student soldiers is overcome to some extent. Pilot, a native of Chhattisgarh, fully resolved the queries of the cadets, he said that any organisation can make you an officer, but it is your own responsibility to become a good officer.

‘Mirror Theory’ can also remove the shortcomings. He said that faith, dedication, passion, hard work gives you success to achieve something. On this occasion Vice-Principal Dr Babita Pathak, in-charge of Durga Mahavidyalaya, Squadron Leader Dr Vijay Choubey, Captain Archana Gomasta, Professor Kavita Bharti, Dr Aman Jha, Professor Ravindra Rajput, JWO Dilip Kumar along with Air NCC cadets and Army cadets were present.
