Weather conditions are passing through the transition phase in Madhya Pradesh. Days are partially cloudy and full with humidity. Now during evening hours, pinch of mild cold is being experienced. It’s being anticipated that winter season is all set to enter State. From November, weather conditions are slated for a major drift. Now, post-monsoon rainfall activities have subsided and weather conditions are mainly dry in State. In the last twenty-four hours, sundry parts received light to moderate rains. Major rainfall activities were recorded Rehti (Sehore) 5.6 mm, Goharganj (Raisen) 4 mm, Kotma (25 mm), Bijuri (19.6 mm), Biohari (14 mm), Jaitpur (7 cm), Naigarhi (10 mm), Hanumana (5 mm), Devsar (8 mm), Bahri (4.6 mm), Majoli (4 mm), Lanji (3 mm) etc. Bhopal recorded maximum temperature at 31 degrees Celsius, one degree below normal.
 
It’s minimum temperature was 20.2 degrees Celsius, 2 degrees above normal level. Jabalpur recorded maximum temperature at 30.7 degrees Celsius, 1 degrees below normal. It’s minimum temperature settled down at 19.9 degrees Celsius, 1 degree above normal. Weather Department in its forecast said that there will be no major change in weather conditions. this means that dry weather conditions will prevail in state until for couple of days. Notably, owing to development of new system a few days back, rainfall ranging from moderate to heavy hit many places of state. It looked that monsoon season is back. Some places even battled with flood like situation in state. Post-monsoon rainfall damaged standing and harvested crops of paddy, soybean etc.
