On the occasion of former home minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary, the West Central Railway (WCR) headquarters celebrated National Unity Day in Jabalpur, Bhopal and Kota divisions. In the series, WCR organised various programmes under ‘Run for Unity’ programme in three divisions. In Kota Division, West Central Railway General Manager (GM) Sudhir Kumar Gupta administered the oath of National Unity Day to railway employees at Sogariya station. Gm Sudhir Kumar Gupta flagged the motorcycle rally in Kota Division. In West Central Railway’s Officers Club Jabalpur, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME) RS Saxena administered the oath of working with honesty and transparency to railway officers and employees. Thereafter, PCME RS Saxena flagged walkathon, cycle and motorcycle rally that was organised under ‘Run for Unity’.

 

The rally concluded in Officers Club Jabalpur. The family members of railway officers and employees participated with enthusiasm in the rally. Similarly, various events were organised under the banner ‘Run For Unity’ in Jabalpur and Bhopal Division. Principal Chief Commercial Manager Mukul Sharan Mathur, Principal Chief Engineer AK Pandey, Principal Chief Security Commissioner Pradeep Kumar Gupta, Principal Chief Personnel Officer SK Albela and other concerned officers were present.
