Rakesh Sehrawat, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner-1, patiently heard complaints of PF members and pensioners during ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat’ and ‘Pension Adalat’ held at Jabalpur Regional Office on Wednesday. Around 35 cases were registered by PF members and pensioners during the events. Majority of cases were concerned with correction in the members’ name, father’s name, birth-date, pension and accounts maintenance. Apart from PF members and pensioners who attended ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat’ and ‘Pension Adalat’, many cases were received through e-mail also which were registered for further action.

 

The Regional Commissioner has instructed officers concerned to redress leftover cases (which could not be redressed immediately) within three days and update the complainants with the proceeding. Sehrawat further assured to make further efforts to provide smooth facilities to the PF members and pensioners in future.
