A day-long technical workshop was organised in the Department of Civil Engineerin of Shriram Group in collaboration with Ultratech Cement Company. The workshop was conducted in two phases. Technical knowledge about concrete cube casting was shared with students in first phase of the worshop. A cube casting competition was organised in second phase. Students participated in the workshop in large numbers and made the event successful. Chairman Shri Ram Group, Rajul Karsoliya, Group Director, Dr S P Koshta, Director Dr L K Patel. Principals, Dr Shailesh Gupta, Dr Biplab Paul, Dr Avinash Gaur, Heads of Department, Dr Shalem Ernest, professor Kumar, Professor Charan Singh Thakur graced the occasion. All the faculty members and technical staff of the Civil Engineering Department made their contribution in making the workshop successful. Engineers Arpit Jain and Amit Kumar enlightened students regarding technical aspects of concrete making in the workshop.
