RNTU to organise Vishwarang-2021 from Nov 25

Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal, organised a conference in Katha auditorium of its AIC premises on Tuesday to inform about the third edition of the upcoming cultural programme ‘Vishwarang-2021’ which will commence on Thursday and would continue till Sunday. Director of Tagore International Art and Culture Centre Vinay Upadhyay welcomed all mediapersons and reflected on bygone COVID-19 era, owing to which, Vishwarang 2020 was conducted in the blended mode (virtually and physically) and witnessed the participation of more than 25 nations. This was followed by Chancellor of RNTU, Santosh Choubey’s speech, in which he said that Vishwarang’s vision, expansion and integrity has encouraged more than 30 nations of the world to participate in such cultural programmes. He added that most of the countries of the world witnessed the cultural performances held under Vishwarang and whole-heartedly accepted its need.
 
He also said that Vishwarang is aimed at providing a platform to Indians’ talents on a global level. Director of Rabindranath Tagore University Aditi Vats apprised everyone about various cultural programmes to be held under Vishwarang from Thursday till Sunday. She informed that under the ‘Bal Film Samaroh’, films will be screened for children at morning in Sharda auditorium from Friday till Sunday. She then informed about the arrival of various film dignitaries such as Narayan Parshuram, Amol Gupte and other who will hold a discussion on the screened films. At last, she said that musical, dance as well as Shayari cultural performances will be held in evening at Vishwarang 2021. Towards the end of the meeting, Director Vinay Upadhyay proposed a vote of thanks.
