THE Dharampeth Mahila Multi State Co-op Society Limited has launched the ‘Happy Home’ scheme only for women on November 25. The scheme will be available at all of its branches for a limited period. The Happy Home loan scheme can be availed for purchasing a new flat, house and bungalow. This was disclosed by Neelima Bawne, Chairperson of the society while speaking at a press conference.

Giving out details of the Happy Home scheme, she said that maximum loan of Rs 1.5 crore can be availed by the customer. The interest rate at 7 per cent monthly reducing balance method will be available. The loan tenure will be for 20 years. On Rs 1 lakh the equated monthly instalment (EMI) will be Rs 775. More information about the home loan will be available at all the branches of the society.
