VIDARBHA Plywood Merchant’s Association (VPMA) organised Diwali Milan where in its members and others took part with great fanfare recently. The event was held at 7 Vachann Lawn, Bhandara Road. President Yogesh Bang, Secretary Anil Sarda, Treasurer Rajesh Amte, Vice President Saqib Parekh and Joint Secretary Mukund Patel lit the ceremonial lamp. Yogesh Bang gave Diwali and New Year wishes and addressed the gathering. Co-sponsor Amrish Agrawal, father Balram Agrawal of Shri Sai Ply Home along with his family were felicitated. Drawing competition for children was organised by Pidilite Industries and prizes were given to many winning entries. Also, prizes were given to best dressed male, best dressed female and best dressed couple.

 

Mehandi art, tatoo art, nail art and live sketch art presentations were for ladies and children in which many people participated. Event items by High Bird’s Events were presented by Rahul Dongarwar and his team. Orchestra, music and vocals with comedy enthralled the members. Gold Housie game was organised in which many members participated. Mukund Patel, Shyam Maheshwari, Deepak Agrawal, Paresh Patel, Shyam Sadani, Vivek Chhaparwal, Dhiraj Patel and Mukesh Patel the project directors worked relentlessly for the success of the function. Anil Sarda proposed the vote of thanks.
