MLA Ashok Rohani, on Monday, performed bhoomipujan for cement concrete road and theatre in Rani Laxmi Bai ward, Lala Lajpat Rai and Chandrashekhar ward of Cantonment Assembly. The development works would be executed with an estimated cost of Rs 20 lakh. The MLA, on the occasion, also announced other development works for the areas. Speaking on the occasion, Rohani said the development works would provide much ease to the residents of concerned areas. He said locals were demanding for the development works since long time. Hence, keeping their conveniences in mind, he got allocated fund for the development works and performed bhoomipujan for the roads and Theater. The BJP MLA said a number of development works have been done in all wards of Cantt. Assembly to provide needed civic amenities to the citizens.

 

Rohani said he would make all possible efforts to provide better facilities to the residents of Cantt. Assembly. MLA Rohani also promised for similar development works in aforementioned areas and other parts of the Assembly. The citizens of concerned wards extended gratitude to the MLA for the development works. They earlier welcomed Rohani by presenting him garland and flower bouquet. Those present on the occasion were Damodar Soni, Sundar Agrawal, Santosh Rajak, Saurabh Goyal, Pushpraj Singh, Ashish Choudhary, Kamlesh Dahiya and others.
