Students of Government schools being served easy-to-digest mid-day meals

 Students of a Primary Government school, Harrakheda consuming the warm and easy-to-digest mid-day meals served to them on Tuesday.

As per Pradhanmantri Poshan Shakti Nirmaan Yojana, warm and easy-to-digest mid-day meals are being served to the students of all the government schools falling under village areas. Classes are being conducted in the schools while adhering to Covid-appropriate behavior. Under the same initiative, on Tuesday, the students of the government schools located in Phanda and Berasia development blocks were distributed warm mid-day meals. Teacher of Government primary school, Harrakheda, Bhupendra Sharma informed that 225 children have been enrolled in the school. With the tireless efforts of everyone, a garden named Maa ki baghiya has also been constructed in the school premises, which has given a positive direction to the lives of the children.
 
With the opening of the schools, the cook appointed at the schools expressed their elation. Cooks Kausar Qureshi, Komal Saini, Radha Saini, Jyoti and Rani expressed their happiness by stating that they experience pleasure in serving food to children and are fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve them. They also said that they will continue their efforts while adhering to Covid-appropriate behaviour.
