BJP Mandal demand action against illegal plotting in wards of AMC

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Raipur Rural District President Abhinesh Kashyap led a delegation of party members to submit a memorandum to District Collector Saurabh Kumar to demand stringent action against illegal plotting in Ward-1, 6 and 13 of Arang Municipal Council (AMC) on Thursday. In the memorandum, BJP leader said farmers are being lured into agreements to sell their lands under municipal council limits without getting clearance of a map. It’s causing huge loss to the government. Likewise, the ward-1 of Arang town’s government land at Kalai road has been allotted in violation of laws. Arang Municipal Council CEO issued no-objection certificate without holding a council meeting for the land. It indicates involvement of Municipal Council and Revenue Officers.
 
Notably, Sub-Divisional Officer Arang had issued an advertisement for the allotment of 728 acre land under Arang Municipal Council on May 4, 2021. Thousands of people had applied for the same. BJP delegation was comprised of Abhinesh Kashyap, Naveen Markandey, Shyam Narang, Vedram Manhare, Sanjay Dhidhi, Dr Kiran Baghel, K K Bhardwaj, Dhruwkumar Mirdha, Ganesh Sahu, Chandrashekhar Sahu, Rajesh Sahu and others. Painting contest organised Power Grid Corporation of India on Thursday organised a painting competition on the topics like Power Capable India, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and Clean Planet. Over 200 children displayed their painting skills at the competition.
 
The children sketched their creative imaginations on drawing sheets. On the occasion, four Assistant block Education Officers as Alok Chandak, Dinesh Sharma Sanjeev Kashyap, and Vijay Dahariya. Srijan Sonkar School President Chhatradhari Sonkar and Principal Yashoda Yogi, Power Grid Corporation of India officers Sameer Kumar Jaiswal, Anil Kumar Tarak, Ritesh Rai, Ripunath Bhoi, Yogesh Sahu, CSI Pokhan Sahu, Surendra Chandrasen, competition in-charge Lokeshwar Sahu, Arvind Vaishnav, assistant teachers Ashok Sahu and others were present on the occasion.
