The World Snooker Champion, Pankaj Advani was defeated by Shivam in a match of ongoing National 15 Red Snooker Championship in the State capital. Shivam won the match by 64-01, 00-100, 16-70, 85-24, 44-69, 84-00, 127-01, 14-88 and 112-07 points. Apart from this, Kresh Gurbaxani of Maharashtra defeated Aditya Mehta in other match. Ayush Mittal of Uttar Pradesh defeated Hrithik from Madhya Pradesh. Pushpendra Singh of RSPB defeated Sumehar Mago of Maharashtra by 5-2 frame, Shahbaz Adil Khan of PSPB defeated E Pandurangia by 5-0 frame, Kamal Chawla defeated Rajat Khaneja of Haryana by 5-1 frame.

 

Telangana’s J Varun Kumar beat Punjab’s Ayush Kumar 5-3 frames, Brijesh Damani RSPB’s S. Dilip Kumar by a 5-0 frame. In the women’s competition, Anupama Ramachandra of Tamil Nadu defeated Neena Praveen. In other matches, Vidya Pillai defeated Sunita Khandelwal by 2-0, Aranksta Sanchis defeated Suman Chavan by 2-0, Chitra Maghimairaj defeated Sanavi Shah by 2-0, Keithana Pandian defeated Revanna Uma Devi by 2-1, and Ami Kamani defeated Indira Gowda. Keerath Bhandal thrashed Ishika Shah 2-0 and Varsha Sanjeev trounced Pooja Galundiya by 2-0.
