World Champion Pankaj Advani will face former Asia champion Dhruv Sitwal in the final of the National Billiards Championship in Bhopal and the sub-junior final will be played between Sumehar Mago and Shayan Rajmi of Maharashtra. Apart from this, the match for the third place will be played between Brijesh Damani and B Bhaskar. In this tournament being organised by Madhya Pradesh Billiards and Snooker Association under the aegis of Billiards and Snooker Federation of India, title contender Pankaj Advani defeated Balachander Bhaskar of Karnataka in the semi-finals to secure his place in the final. In the quarter-finals played earlier, Pankaj defeated Rohan Jambusaria of Maharashtra by 4-0.
 
On the other hand, Dhruv Sitwal defeated Brijesh Damani to enter the title match. At the same time, in the quarterfinals, Dhruv defeated Dhwaj Hariya by 4-2. Apart from this, in the other quarterfinal matches played, Brijesh Damani defeated S Krishna by 4-1 and Balachander Bhaskar (Karnataka) defeated Laukik Pathare (RSPB) by 4-0. Boys U21 Category: In boys’ U-21 semi-final, Sumehar Mago (Maharashtra) defeated Dhruv Patel (Gujarat) by 261-222 points, Shayan Rajmi (Maharashtra) defeated Ranveer Duggal (Chennai) by 379-359 points. In the matches played earlier, Shayan Razmi defeated G Srikanth by 355-189 points, Smeer Mago beat Mayank Karthik by 211-130 points, Dhruv Patel beat K Vibhas by 235-182 points, Ranveer Duggal beat Mahendra Chauhan by 224-166 points.
