The Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) has expedited its efforts and innovations to ensure hygiene across the State capital in view of the upcoming Cleanliness Survey 2022. Under the same initiative, the sanitation workers of Zone-6, Daroga, door-to-door workers, supervisors as well as NGO employees were provided training at Nehru Nagar to ramp up the hygiene measures in the city on Thursday. Assistant Health official Jagdish Tank and Yogesh Dubey imparted training in the programme.
 
During the course of the training programme, the aforesaid employees were provided training on waste segregation and ramp up hygiene measures in their respective areas. In addition to this, sanitation workers faring well in their work were also felicitated in the training programme. Sanitation worker of Ward 28, Dashrath Singh as well as that of Ward 29, Shantibai were presented citations and all the sanitation workers were administered the pledge of ensuring hygiene. They were also encouraged to work with tireless spirit. In the training programme, numerous sanitation workers, daroga, door-to-door workers, supervisors as well as NGO employees were in attendance.
