‘Dispose garbage properly from Aadampur Chavni landfill site’

Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner KVS Chaudhary conducted inspection at the Aadampur Chavni landfill site on Thursday issued instructions to ramp up the disposition of old waste and make adequate space to dump the new waste. Along with this, he also instructed to get the sales of 400 tonnes of RDF done, make the 7 meter landfill site spread across 5 acres better and increase the time period of operation of trammel machines to speed up the pace of waste disposition. During this, BMC Additional Commissioner MP Singh, other BMC officials as well as representatives of agencies were also present. During his visit to Aadampur Chavni, Commissioner Chaudhary took stock of the state of waste disposal, leachate treatment plant and RDF transportation before issuing relevant instructions.
 
After the meticulous inspection, Commissioner Chaudhary issued the aforesaid orders. In addition to this, Commissioner Chaudhary also took stock of the operation of the leachate treatment plant yet to be installed at the site. Following this, he instructed to dispose waste from the center and front area of the site and transport 400 tonnes of RDF on a daily basis. Complete plantation works at Aadampur Chavani within two months: Mpl Commr: Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner KVS Chaudhary on Thursday inspected the plantation works ongoing at Aadampur Chavani in Bhopal. During the inspection, Commissioner Chaudhary directed to fill the pits and level them accordingly, fill the pits using adequate quantities of manure and soil and ramp up the plantation works at the site to complete them within 2 months. Post this, he also issued instructions to speedily complete the construction works of 70 accommodations and 9 blocks at Haripura locality. Additionally, he took stock of pillar and roof laying works on the 9 blocks that are underway construction. BMC Additional Commissioner MP Singh and other BMC officials were also present alongside Commissioner Chaudhary during this.
