Brahman Samaj installed many hoardings, flex in dividers, poles, squares regarding a function but before function could start, employees of Waraseoni Muncipality removed all the hoardings under model code of conduct in view of Panchayat election. Election Commission had enforced model code of conduct in view of Panchayat election. Hence, Muncipal teams started taking out flex, hoardings from public property. The team did not spare even posters installed by Brahman Samaj. The team led by Tehsildar Rajendra Tekam, including employees of Municipal council and Police Department removed all hoardings, posters, banners installed at poles, public property.

 

Brahman Samaj had organised a private function and hence civic teams took action under Public Property Disfigurement Act and removed all banners and posters. Then SDM, Waraseoni took a meeting of all officers and directed that code of conduct should be strictly followed. Then Tehsildar Rajendra Tekam led the team including employees of Waraseoni civic body police form and removed all publicity materials displayed on the public property.
