State Minister for Ayush (Independent Charge) and Water Resources Ramkishore Kanwre interacted with party workers and leaders of Katangi Assembly segment at residence of Yashwanrao Tembre at Katangi. At the outset, Minister Kanwre was accorded grand welcome by party leaders and workers by presenting him bouquets. On the occasion, office bearers of three main BJP Mandal. Mahila Morcha, BJP office bearers, business organisation and officers.

 

During his meeting with local party leaders, BJP District President Ramesh Patel informed him about the problems being faced by commuters die to bad condition of roads leading from Katangi to district headquarter, Seoni and Maharashtra. He also informed Minister that local businessmen has called for ‘Bandh’ on two Sundays and requested Minister for taking initiative in this direction. Minister Kanwre assured for survey of the road from Katangi to Balaghat so that construction work can start. He also assured for holding discussion with higher officials for construction of Nagpur approach road and removing all hurdles coming in way of commuting through Bawanthadi bridge.

 

Minister Kanwre also held discussion of District BJP President Ramesh Bhatere on the upcoming local body elections, Panchayat elections . he said to party workers that each one has the right to stake their candidature for ticket but party would declare candidate and each party worker has to follow discipline of party and ensure victory of the party candidiate. On the occassion, former MP KD Deshmukh. Gaurav Pardhi. Anil Dhuware, Sanjay Khandwlwal, Sanjay Mishra, Mandal President Mukehs Rahangdale, Yogesh Somwane, Tejram Choudhary, Reeta Deshmukh and others were present. Minister Kanwre also attended the Mahaveer International blindness eradictaion camp organised in memory of Late Bhanwri Bai Roopchandra Kothari. In this camp, Kanwre was the chief guest and he distributed free spectacles to patients. Free check-up of patients were also done. He also prayed for early recovery of patients and appreciated efforts of members of Mahaveer International.
