THE festival of Basant Panchami was celebrated with religious fervour by paying obeisance to Maa Saraswati at Saraswati Shishu Mandir High School (SSMHS), Arang on Tuesday. The students organised Saraswati Puja and also participated in the rituals on the occasion. The students were also apprised of the importance of celebration Basant Panchami and performing Saraswati Puja. Roshan Chandrakar, Vinod Gupta, Dr Tejram Jalkshatri, Niteshwari Lodhi, Kishan Pandey, Santosh Sankh, Smita Chandrakar, Anjali Soni, Rukhmani Dewangan, Anusuiya Dhruv, Shatrughan Yadav along with the teachers, parents and students were present during the celebration.

 

Mahayagya from today THE 5-day Kundiya Bhakti sanwardhan Gayatri Mahayagya and Dip Mahayagya will be organised at Khamtarai village from February 18 to 20. The rituals will be held under the guidance of founder Patron of Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivar Vedmurti Scharya Pt Shriram Sharma and Bhagwati Devi Verma from Shantikunj, Haridwar.
