On Thursday, lowest minimum temperature recorded was at Mandla which was at 8 degrees Celsius. Thundershowers warning issued at many places at Jabalpur, Hoshangabad, Khandwa, Indore, Ujjain, Raisen, Vidisha, Sagar, Rewa, Satna and Annuppur. Bhopal recorded maximum 30 degrees Celsius and minimum recorded at 14 degrees Celsius. Wind velocity recorded at 16 km per hour. The change in northern winds are resulting to thunderstorms in many places of the State, including the State capital. Hailstorms are also witnessed in isolated areas.
 
According to meteorologists, the system has now shifted towards Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh and because of this, clouds weather in continuing. There may be rain showers at isolated places in the districts of Jabalpur, Shahdol division. Due to the adverse winds collision over the state, there was a heavy moisture coming from the Bay of Bengal. Because of this it was cloudy and it was raining.
 
This system has shifted towards Chhattisgarh-Vidarbha now. This has started reducing the humidity in the atmosphere. However, there are chances of rain in eastern Madhya Pradesh adjoining Chhattisgarh. On February 19, there may be some rain in the districts of Jabalpur, Shahdol divisions. Weather will begin to clear in the remaining places. It is worth mentioning that due to rain on Tuesday, the weather had cooled slightly. Maximum temperature recorded at Indore was at 28.9 degree Celsius which was one degree below than the normal range and minimum temperature recorded at 15.5 degree Celsius .Jabalpur recorded maximum at 27.4 degrees Celsius and minimum at 14.4 degree Celsius, Gwalior recorded at 29 degrees Celsius and minimum at 12.1 degrees Celsius.
