UNIHOMES Society celebrated ‘Basant Panchami’ with religious fervour in its Bhatagaon-based campus recently. The women members of the society organised the programme wherein all women were dressed in yellow which is the traditional colour of outfit worn during ‘Basant Panchami’ and Saraswati Puja. Religious rituals were performed by paying obeisance to Maa Saraswati followed with the cultural presentations and sports events.

 

Women members largely participated enthusiastically and decided to organise similar programmes time-to-time in the society. Society members Babli Tiwari, Seema Pandey, Daizy Siddiqui, Manisha Agrawal, Kamya Badlani and Anjali Shrivastav played significant role for the successful organising of ‘Basant Panchami’ programme.
