Forum for Awareness of National Security (FANS) will organise the second edition of ‘Hamar Bastar Yatra – A Trip to Bastar for Peace and Prosperity’. FANS national organisation general secretary Golok Bihari said that the three-day journey to Bastar is necessary for the prosperity in the region and it will start from Friday. Last year, there was a trip to South Bastar but this year FANS has decided to tour to North Bastar, in which historical sites, natural beauty and art of Bastar can be connected to technology and efforts will be made to give them a proper market Dr Varnika Sharma said that Bastar is not limited to only the tourism sector but Bastar has unique natural landscape, ample natural resources etc.
 
“Now that we are thinking of realizing the concept of self-reliant India, natural resources and natural talent hold an important place in this and Bastar is blessed with the Mother Nature,” she said . Ratin Bhadra from Jharkhand said that in the coming days, after this visit, he will focus on some projects related to water conservation. Raja Bagchi, and Ratin Bhadra Vidya Vyas from Delhi and Jharkhand, Sunita Pathak, Rekha Sharma Annapurna Sharma from Ujjain, Toran Thakur, Asha Dubey and Kusum Thakur, Shivam Saket, and FANS media in-charge Kailash Sharma were present on the occasion.
