A mass public grievance redressal- camp was organised in Berasia Tehsil on Saturday to bring the members of the nomadic tribes into mainstream by providing them the benefits of various government schemes. The problems of residents of 14 villages in Berasia Tehsil were resolved at the camp. The villagers were told about the schemes made by the government to bring back the members of nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes. Berasia MLA Vishnu Khatri, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Rajeev Nandan Shrivastava and different officials informed the villagers about various schemes operated under their respective departments.
 
MLA Vishnu Khatri said that all eligible people will be benefited. The Government is constantly making efforts for the farmers in the village. Khatri appealed to the villagers to come forward and take advantage of the schemes and also assured that the applications taken in the camp will be resolved as soon as possible. Janpad Panchayat CEO Upendra Sengar informed about the schemes of Rural Development Department. He informed that under MGNREGA, there are beneficiary oriented and community interest works.
 
There are many other works including village road, construction of bridges and culverts, Kapil Dhara construction, land leveling, pond construction and said that Rs 3 lakh will be given for the construction of the well. He added that funds are released for construction of pucca houses under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Apply for the eligibility slip for the government, construction of toilets. Under the Construction Workers' Board of Labor Department, the laborers working for 90 days should be registered in Gram Panchayat for food grains, accident assistance for marriage and other benefits.
