Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey paid a courtesy call on President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi on Monday. According to information, the Governor submitted a report related to work done by her during Covid-19 pandemic. The Governor told the President that the entire world, including India, has been affected due to the Coronavirus in the year 2020. Anusuiya also informed that all sectors, including social, economy, business, industries and education, have been affected by Corona crisis.
 
Uikey said that the pleasant aspect has been that now it is under control and vaccination has been started in India. “This success has been possible due to the guidance and instructions given by you from time to time in the COVID-19 period through video conference,” Anusuiya Uikey told the President. She said that according to his instructions, she has directed the State officials, social organisations, all universities, Red Cross Society etc. from time to time. Along with this, the Governor discussed various issues related to the development and progress of Chhattisgarh.
