Roko-Toko campaign to create awareness on COVID guidelines

Under the ‘Roko-Toko Abhiyan’, an initiative of district administration, an awareness campaign was launched by the Shaurya Dal and Anganwadi workers to advise people to wear mask to protect themselve from the deadly coronavirus. The volunteers staged a street play in Govindpura, Alam Nagar and Anand Nagar area and also distributed masks to the people.
 
The Shaurya Dal and Anganwadi workers of Bhopal district jointly took out a rally under the campaign to spread awareness among the citizens through banners, posters, pamphlets and made them aware to wear face mask and to maintain two-yard social distance as a preventive measure against the deadly coronavirus. Collector Avinash Lavania has instructed all the officers that no person should come to the government offices without a mask. Arrangements of hand sanitisers should be made in all offices and social distance should also be followed. A fine of Rs 100 will be imposed upon those not wearing mask in public place, the Collector said.
