Municipal Commissioner, Sandeep G R, on Thursday conducted inspection of ongoing development and beautification work at Chandrashekhar Park in Maharaja Agrasen Ward and expressed great dissatisfaction over work going on at snail’s pace.

 

The Municipal Commissioner directed contractor concerned to complete the work within fixed time limit. On the occasion he also enquired citizens about status of door-to-door garbage collection facility.

 

The Municipal Corporation is developing all gardens and making them useful for general public under Union Government’s AMRUT Yojana. Chandrashekhar Park has also been developed under the scheme.

 

During inspection, the Municipal Commissioner minutely inspected ongoing works and directed the contractor and consultant to complete the same early and open the park for public. On the occasion he said after beautification and development work, all concerned park would provide clean, green and pollution-free environment to the citizens.

 

Those present on the occasion were Assistant Commissioner, Ekta Agrawal, Garden Officer Aditya Shukla, Divisional Officer Vipin Gupta, Chief Health Officer, Kaluram Solanki and others.
