JMC along with district administration has pumped full energy to speed up works under Swachh Survekshan 2021. Additional Collector Anup Kumar, Harsh Dixit, Assistant Collector Akshat Jain, Srishti Deshmukh along with senior officials of Health Department of JMC, inspected ongoing works. Teams of senior officers visited COVID Control Centre, Compost Unit, CND MRF plants at Damoh Naka and sought information about works. While emphasising need to carry out works as per criteria of Survekshan, senior officials directed that all procedures should be conducted as per rules and appreciated better maintenance and smooth functioning of plants. Municipal Commissioner Sandeep G R said sole objective of JMC administration is to perform excellently in Swachh Survekshan by ensuring participation of all.

 

He said cleanliness works have been done on a large scale in all wards of the city as per norms set for Survekshan. Special teams of senior officers have been formed to monitor and get execute the same properly. The Municipal Commissioner informed that senior officers of district administration also visiting different areas of the city regularly and getting information about efforts to make the city clean and beautiful. Sandeep G R said JMC administration is fully committed to make Jabalpur the cleanest city. Senior officials present during inspection were Health Officer Bhupendra Singh, Assistant Health Officer R P Gupta and others.
