MP State Equestrian Academy players bag 3 medals in national competition

The players of Madhya Pradesh State Equestrian Academy have clinched three medals including two gold and a silver in the National Equestrian Competition recently held at Agram Riding Club, Bengaluru. Academy’s player Faraz Khan, with his horse hurricane, won a gold medal in the Corncord Cross Country National (CCN) one-star senior individual event. In the pre-novice team event, Faraz Khan and Raju Singh won a gold medal for the State while their horses Azaan and Pratap respectively.
 
Raju Singh, along with his horse Pratap, also won a silver medal in pre-novice cross-country individual event. Both the players participated in the competition under the guidance of chief coach of State Equestrian Academy, Capt Bhagirath. Minister for Sports and Youth Welfare Yashodhara Raje Scindia, congratulated both the players and appreciated them for their brilliant performance in the National Equestrian Competition. She also congratulated Coach Captain Bhagirath on this achievement by the State Academy players.
