Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that we have to constantly improve services and cleanliness in Government hospitals. People of state should prefer Government hospitals first, only if they do not find any place in Government hospital, then they should opt for private hospitals. “Government health institutions will be first priority of people of State. If a person gets better treatment, hygiene and right treatment, then he naturally says that doctor is no less than God. We strive to provide quality health services to people in rural areas of the entire State by using technology.

 

State-level integrated command centre ‘Suman’ was launched today to ensure expert tele-medicine services and safe motherhood at 550 primary health centres of the State,” he told. He was addressing a programme organised by National Health Mission at Minto Hall. A video presentation on ‘Suman’, a telemedicine facility based on Hub and Spoke Model for safe motherhood was given. The CM distributed awards to best district hospitals and community health centres under Kayakalp campaign. He also said that doctors and paramedical staff have set examples similar to Maharishi Dadhichi against corona infection. “I offer my tributes to all corona warriors.

 

Recently, in cases of domestic violence, hands of three women were severed. Their surgery took place in Government hospital and their hands were successfully operated,” he added and congratulated doctors of Hamidia Hospital on this achievement. He told that havoc of corona has not reduced. Use of masks and social distancing to avoid unnecessary crowd is must. All necessary arrangements against corona are in place in the State. Free treatment of poor is a commitment. He appealed to people of State to cooperate and follow all precautions to prevent spread of corona infection in State.
