Dr Bhadoria urges social, non-government organisations to join fight against corona

State Public Service Management Minister, Dr Arvind Bhadoria has requested extensive participation of social organisations and non-government organisations in fight against coronavirus during a meeting held on Tuesday. Dr Bhadoria requested the support of non-government organisations in speeding up the vaccination process. He instructed the social organisations to motivate the common public for vaccination.

He asked the non-government organisations to conduct an awareness drive in rural areas, so that maximum people can be protected from the virus. Minister of Public Service Management Dr Bhadoria praised efforts of voluntary organisations in curbing the rising cases of coronavirus. He added that the voluntary organisations would have to make people aware about the importance of following Covid protocols. He assured the voluntary organisations that the Government would provide all possible help to enforce Covid guidelines in the city. The voluntary organisation mentioned the problems faced by common public on their way to vaccination centres. The voluntary organisations suggested increasing the number of vaccination centres, so that maximum people can be vaccinated. Collector Karamveer Sharma said that common public aged 45 years and above have been given relaxation to receive vaccine shots during lockdown. Such people will have to carry Aadhar card. Social worker Dr Jitendra Jamdar, Superintendent of Police Siddharth Bahuguna, District Panchayat CEO Riju Bafna and District Coordinator of Jan Abhiyan Parishad Pradip Tiwari were present on the occasion.
