Minister Akbar sanctions Rs 50 lakh for hospitals treating COVID patients

Forest Minister and in-charge Minister of Kabirdham, Mohammed Akbar sanctioned financial help of Rs 50 lakh for ventilators, ICU and oxygen beds installation in hospitals for treatment of Covid infected patients in Kabirdham. Minister directed the officials to provide oxygen cylinders and Remdesivir Injections to the needy patients.
 
The 140 bedded Covid Dedicated Hospital at Kabirdham will be upgraded to 300 beds and oxygen beds will be enhanced from 82 to 98. In order to control the infection of corona in Kabirdham district, Minister Mohammed Akbar has sanctioned Rs 50 lakh that will be used for upgradation of Covid Hospital in Kabirdham for better treatment of Covid patients. Ventilators, ICU, Oxygen beds will be arranged. Minister has directed district Collector to arrange for Oxygen cylinders and Remdesivir injections to needy patients. Minister Akbar has directed the district collector to take necessary steps to prevent infection of corona virus.
 
Total of 85 oxygen cylinders have been made available in district on initiation of Minister Mohammed Akbar. On directive of Minister Collector took meeting of Collector and directed to make necessary arrangements like Oxygen cylinder, bed, oxymeter, Mask, Remdesivir injection for Covid Care Centre and other necessary medicines. Through Corporators of Kawardha city over 7,500 packets of Herbal Ayushman Kada was distributed and over 8,000 face masks were distributed.
