Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) teams again cracked down on two grocery shops for violation of lockdown rules. The teams sealed one shop at Gole Bazaar and another at Moudhapara. The authorities have also advised the small hawkers to sell the vegetables/fruits on mobile push-cart and not from a fixed point. RMC Zone-4 Executive Engineer Lokesh Chandrawanshi said one shopkeeper was selling grocery items at Gole Bazaar from his shop.

 

On information, RMC Town Planning team was sent to seal his shop. Similarly, the RMC Zone-2 Commissionaire also sent a team to seal a shop at Moudhapara. The officials are attempting not to allow crowding at one place, so the vendors who sell stuffs from a fixed point on road side have been advised to stay mobile and move from one place to another.
