Sarokar Institution headed by BJP’s State Secretary Rahul Kothari has come forward to provide insurance cover to crematorium ground workers who are risking their lives while cremating the dead bodies of COVID patients in Bhopal. Sarokar institution provided life insurance policies having insurance cover of Rs 2 lakh to at least 50 people working at crematorium grounds of Bhopal.

 

The premium of these policies has been deposited by Sarokar institution. Life insurance policies to these crematorium workers were distributed by the hands of BJP State President V D Sharma. On this occasion, Sharma told that BJP workers from booth level till state organisation office bearers are engaged in serving humanity. Rahul Kothari told that last rites of deceased COVID patients are being performed at Subash Nagar crematorium ground, Bhadbhada crematorium ground, Jhada crematorium ground Jehangirabad in State Capital.

 

Here at least 50 workers are working carrying out work related to preparing pyre and burning the dead bodies. Thus they are exposed to risk. Seeing this, Sarokar institution has done group insurance of Rs 1 crore which will provide security of Rs 2 lakh insurance to these workers. Earlier, Sarokar institution has started Oxygen Bank through 40 oxygen concentrators to help COVID patient in need of oxygen.
