Bhopal and Indore continue to remain worst-affected from corona pandemic. Both are having highest number of corona patients in comparison to any other parts of State. Even the detection of new patients per day is more in both cities in comparison to other cities. Earlier, Bhopal used to report lesser cases than Indore. But now, it seems, Bhopal is competing neck to neck with Indore in terms of reporting of new corona patients per day. Now there is hardly any difference between the new cases reported both in Bhopal and Indore. Till the filing of the report, Bhopal had detected 1,836 new cases while Indore reported 1,837 new cases on Tuesday.

These figures are likely to get increased as night count of new cases was yet to be done. In the meantime, nine COVID patients lost their battle against corona in Bhopal. However, people say that death figure continue to remain high than the official death figures. On Tuesday, as per official figures, 98 people died due to corona in different parts of state. This is ever highest figure of new corona patients detected in a single day so far. From last few days, state was reporting more than 12,000 corona cases per day. Amidst the deteriorating situation, some good news is also coming like a breather. On Tuesday, 11,577 patients got cured from pandemic in state. of them, 1109 patients got cured in Bhopal, 1,067 in Indore, 1,163 in Indore, 964 in Jabalpur etc.
